This guide helps you add and connect a new cruise reservation to your Bliss Cruise account so you can view cruise details, manage your booking, and access special features.
What You'll Need:
Your Cruise Booking Number (found in your reservation confirmation email)
Your Bliss Cruise account login information
About 5-10 minutes to complete the process
Open the Bliss Cruise App on your phone
Tap the "Login" button, located in the top right corner
Enter your email address and password
Select the “Log In” button
Don't have an account yet? Input the email you want to use and then start the registration process.
Look for your initials in a circle at the top right corner of your scree
Tap or click on your initials
Scroll down the page to find the option "Link Another Reservation" and select it
Type in your Cruise Booking Number exactly as it appears in your confirmation email
Note: Your last name and date of birth will automatically fill-in
Double-check the number for accuracy
Tap the "Lookup" button
Can't find your booking number? Check your email confirmation or contact reservations@blisscruise.com
The system will now check your reservation details. This may take a few moments.
If Successful: ✅ Your cruise details will appear automatically. Skip to Step 6.
If There's an Issue: ⚠️ You may see an error message. Continue to Step 5.
This happens when the partner(s) listed in your reservation don't match the partner(s) in your current profile.
You'll see:
The partner(s) in your current profile
The partner(s) listed in your booking
You have 3 options to resolve this:
Take a screenshot of the error message
Email it to support@blisscruise.com, or
Visit the Help Desk once you're on board
Option B: Create a New Profile
Delete your current profile
In your user settings scroll down to the bottom and select “Delete Account”
Create a new one with the correct partner information
Use this option only if the partner difference is expected
IMPORTANT: All data related to the previous profile will be deleted
Option C: Use a Different Email
Create a new profile with a different email address
Add the correct partners to the new profile
Use this option if you want to keep your current profile unchanged
Both Profiles will be active and you will be able to use both of them
Once verification is successful, you'll see:
Cruise Name (e.g., "Celebrity Reflection 2025")
Cabin number
All participants related to the Profile
Click “Add Reservation” button
Once successfully linked, you can:
View your cruise itinerary
Access event schedules
Connect with other guests
Receive important cruise updates
Check your email confirmation from when you booked
Look for emails from Bliss Cruise or your travel agent
Contact reservations@blisscruise.com with your name and approximate booking date
Verify you entered the booking number correctly
Contact Support:

Include: Your name, booking number, and a description of the issue
Response time: Usually within 24 hours
